Returns & Exchanges Policy

We appreciate you shopping with Chug USA! If you need to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please contact us at wtf@chugusa.com to get started. Make sure you have your order number and original email address – you can find your order number in your confirmation email (e.g. CHUG-12345).

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange any Chug USA product that has a defect. Just contact us, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email. Once your carrier scans the Chug USA provided shipping label, your new order will be prepared for shipment. This typically occurs within 24 hours of dropping your package off with the carrier. All exchanged items ship for free to US-based addresses.

Returns

All returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date and items must be in their original unopened condition. Contact us to initiate a return, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email. When your return arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect the returned item and issue a refund. Refunds will be reflected on the original form of payment typically within 1–2 business days following approval from our warehouse & logistics team.

Refunds

Refunds and credits will be applied to the original method of payment upon receipt of all items and confirmation of the unopened purchased products. The typical turnaround time for processing refunds is 1–2 business days once we receive and approve the returned item(s). Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an item arrived damaged or defective.
